Returns & Refund policy
We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from Craftworx Designs. We try our best to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions to help you make the best product choice possible.
It is recommended that all orders are inspected on delivery but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us at (246) 231-5359 or at info@craftworxdesigns.com as soon as possible so we may get the matter resolved. Please note that such requests must be reported by the original purchaser; reports of damage by a 3rd party will not be honoured.
Craftworx Designs accepts returns, exchanges, and cancellations under these conditions:
- Customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was received
Due to the nature of custom or personalised items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for them.
Additional Policies - Information about colors and fonts
• Fonts - Please know that every font has characteristics that are different, and some letters may not turn out the same way as you expect. Please be sure to check the font on Microsoft Word if you think there will be issues. Items will not be replaced or refunded due to font characteristics.
• Colors/Shades - Colors and shades may be different on the final product than they appear on your computer screen due to wood contrasting from board to board. We will try to correctly portray the color as much as possible within reason.
• Proofs - Proofs will be sent for every personliased order. Please check the proof fonts and layout carefully as once they are approved, we will not be able to replace your order should you be dissatisfied with the engraving after delivery.
Once an order is placed it goes into manufacturing and thereafter may be difficult to change. If you require a change on your order please call us immediately at (246) 231-5359, send a WhatsApp message to (246) 231-5359 or send an email to orders@craftworxdesigns.com. Please note that changes to an order may incur additional costs and that a refund may not be issued due to an error on your part.
If a refund is issued, you will be refunded on your original payment method but please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Any bank fees incurred on the transaction by the purchaser will not be refunded.
We will not send you a picture of the finished product you ordered unless requested.
